Whenever I want to do something new, I always get stuck in things. There can be multiple reasons. I get distracted from the thing very frequently. leaving one thing aside and indulging in another gives you nothing in the end.

Therefore I always want to talk about personal development. How a person constructs the personality he owns this is very crucial to know about. I will share my thing which is very vital to adopt from my optical eye.

1. Consistency:

This is the basis of your successful life. We all in our lives are easily fascinated by things. We all are being deceptive in any way either by will or by force. This comes under the ambarella of ‘Self-Deception.’ Here I will add what Rush Limbaugh says about deception:

“ Everything is a structured deception”

This is clearly depicting that every glittering thing which you see is not Gold. Actually, instead of being, we are manipulated by the vivid presentation of things. This happens to me multiple times. It's a fact that deception always catches your attention.

But the thing is that you have not to juggle the things which are not meant for you. Your focus will lead to your destination in no time once it’s decided.

So, the need is to be consistent with your work. Either you are a student, teacher, writer whatever your area is. Adhere to it with full energies which then will help to discover your self-discovery at some time in life.

2. Self-Belief:

Very important pillar in developing one’s personality. When you believe in yourself, success is all in your way. But many stereotypes are developed by our consciousness. They should be lessened.

History is full of people who believed in their capabilities. They marked the world with incredible results. Take a moment in your life and think deeply about where you are and where you should be. This will be a turning point in your life.

As a fact of self-belief and confidence, I am with George Herbert who says “Skill and confidence are an unconquered army.”

Get inspiration from the people who are relevant to your work. Lemme give you my example, as being a writer, I am always influential towards the emerging writers of the modern era.

Instead of getting dumb by the success of people, reveal a positive side of the fact. You can be better than that. This attitude is the needed one.

3. Steady Track:

People get confused when they come across the word “Track”. They find its analogy with songs. It all depends on their perceived behaviour and mental grammar which is innate in nature. Pragmatics is very important. The reason is always there behind every saying.

As being a student of Linguistics, I know how necessary the context is. pragmatics is all about context. You might do not know about it. Lemme elucidate it to you in the words of Kenneth Noland. He believes that:

“For me, context is the key — from that comes the understanding of everything”

The reason for this exordium is to make clear the confusion. This is the beauty of a writer how she/he proliferate the concepts in the reader’s mind.

Let’s back with the term Track. Here the term is related to the path one adopts to run on the road of success to find it on the way somewhere on the land. So, the point is that your track should be right and steady to pursue your dreams. It is very vital to mould your ways towards success. it can be vice versa. Getting my point. Yes, right, It's you who has to entangle yourself in a track. You have the deliberate choices to choose from. I am with Confucious who is of the view that

“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.”

If I'm not wrong, every one of you must know the story of rabbit and tortoise in our childhood. I'm pretty sure you must have heard from your mentor as I did. The story gives the moral that slow and steady always wins the game at the end as happened in the story.

4. Passion:

There always comes a day in everyone’s which defines him/her. Let's be unbiased of the genders. Self-development is something that entails your full energies and passion for living. It can be for anything. You can be a good reader, a good critic and anyone else. It is all determined by your passion for the thing.

For instance, I am a strong believer in what Nelson Mandela has said. He says that:

“Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.”

A person without any passion is like a beast. This is what I believe. Passion directs your future. You are at the nudge of your upcoming life. So be careful while having a passion. Its direction can be optimistic and destructive at the same time.

Again all is dependent on you!

By summing up, I will say that self-development needs your attention at every single moment. Be practical and just for yourself. Genesis P-Orridge has helped us a lot to nurture our self-development in a better way. Look what thinks:

“Art and life really are the same, and both can only be about a spiritual journey, a path towards a re-union with a supreme creator, with god, with the divine; and this is true no matter how unlikely, how strange, how unorthodox, one’s particular life path might appear to one’s self or others at any given moment.”

This is what all about is self-development. You have to change yourself to achieve the things you are looking for!
